Complaints Procedure
At Skin & Vision Clinics we do everything we can to treat you professionally and with care. If you are nevertheless not satisfied with our care or services, we would like to hear from you. Below you will find our complaints procedure.
Filing a complaint
You can submit your complaint in writing via info@skinandvision.nl.
Please be sure to include:
- your full name and contact details;
- the date of the treatment;
- a clear description of your complaint.
Your complaint will be treated confidentially.
Handling of your complaint
After receiving your complaint, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt within a few working days. Your complaint is then assessed internally. You will receive a substantive response within four weeks of receipt of your complaint.
Independent mediation via DOKh
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint is handled, your complaint can – with your consent – be forwarded to DOKh for independent mediation. You can also contact them directly yourself via klachten@dokh.nl or www.dokh.nl.
Complaints officer and disputes committee
DOKh can call in an independent complaints officer to support you free of charge. If necessary, your complaint can be submitted to the recognised disputes committee. Their ruling is binding on both parties.
This complaints procedure complies with the requirements of the Wkkgz (Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act).
